Decide where to invest
The AI world is a mess right now: impressive demos, conflicting advice and unrealistic promises. Meanwhile, you have a real business to run, with its own processes, people and constraints. You need to know which of these possibilities make sense for you and where to start.
You can ask us to conduct an audit, join a strategy session or give a chosen solution a technical review. We will check whether the architecture can handle the expected load, whether your existing data is usable and how sound the development plan is. You will know which decisions to make, what to check and in what order to proceed. You can carry out that plan with us or with your own team.
Put AI to work in your company
If a couple of people regularly do the same routine task, it is worth considering AI. If ten employees do it all the time, you definitely need an AI employee. We know how to put models to work on these tasks and integrate AI into your existing systems.
We will study how the work gets done: where employees waste time, what customers expect, which data you already have and what is missing. We will compare the potential benefit with the cost of development, deployment and running the system. We will only start development once we are confident that the benefit to your business will be many times the cost.
After deployment, processes will be faster and costs lower – but that is only the beginning.
When work is no longer limited by how many people you have, barriers to growth disappear. For example, you can bring more enquiries into your sales funnel and immediately grow revenue without hiring, training and supervising more staff. When collecting payments, you can follow up with every debtor at once instead of choosing only the largest. You can analyse competitors every month rather than once every three years. There are plenty of other examples.
But real innovation goes further: you can build a business around things that used to make no financial sense. You used to exchange personal messages with only a few selected customers; now every customer can get individual attention. The preparation needed for a small production run used to consume all the profit; automating that work makes small-batch production a viable business. Research used to earn money once, when you delivered the report; now you can turn the archive into a paid service that answers questions from the data you have collected. All of this opens up new business models, and you should take advantage of them before your competitors do.
Use an existing product or build your own solution
For some tasks, we already have products ready to deploy. Taron advises shoppers choosing from a large catalogue and helps turn a conversation into an order. Clairon answers work questions from your company's knowledge, including information in diagrams and illustrations. We will connect them to your data and systems, configure them for your work and maintain them after launch.
For other tasks, we will build a custom solution for you – and that does not require a long, expensive development project from scratch. We have built up a substantial base of our own components and solutions. That lets us spend time and effort on your particular task, rather than reinventing things we already know how to do.
For example, we can combine messages, purchase history and recommendations in an assistant that remembers the customer as they move between channels. Or develop an internal system with your own rules for approvals, calculations and assigning work.
We also take on complex IT projects that need no AI at all: from modernising existing systems to creating a new service you will sell to your customers. Though we might find a place for AI there, too.
